facilitation, and implementation of a physician/hospital
organization sponsored by a state's largest health insurance
company and it's largest healthcare provider organization to
serve as the core of an integrated financing and delivery
system.

Facilitated, as
project director, a medical staff merger between two large
medical centers. The medical centers had been competitors for
over 100 years prior to the merger. PTA successfully merged
these two prestigious medical staffs and their 23 departments
into a single functioning unit.

Acted as project
director for the creation of a cancer institute at a large
medical center. PTA was engaged to find a system of excellence
in cancer care and relocate it to the medical center campus. PTA
was able to successfully negotiate an alliance.
